Article 1: Terms of Service

These Terms apply when customers use the services and features (the "Services") provided on the SPACE SOUVENIR website (the "Site"), operated by RIDE Inc. (the "Company").

By using the Services, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2: Changes to the Terms

The Company may change these Terms without prior notice or consent from customers.

Article 3: Scope

These Terms apply to all customers who use the Site.

Article 4: Use of the Services

Customers shall use the Services in accordance with these Terms and instructions provided by the Company.

  • Customers bear sole responsibility for any information transmitted through the Services and shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to the Company.
  • If a customer causes damage to other customers, third parties, or rights holders in connection with the Services, the customer shall resolve such matters at their own expense and responsibility.
  • Minors require parental consent to use the Services.
  • Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 5: Management of Member ID and Password

  • Customers shall use their email address as the member ID and the password they have registered to use the Services.
  • Customers are solely responsible for managing and using their password.
  • Customers shall not allow third parties to use, transfer, lend, change ownership of, or disclose their member ID and password.
  • The customer holding the ID bears full responsibility for any disadvantages or damages caused by third-party use of their member ID and password; the Company bears no responsibility.
  • If customers discover that their member ID or password has been leaked or used by a third party, they shall notify the Company immediately.

Article 6: Prohibited Acts

Customers shall not engage in the following acts when using the Services:

  • Using information about the Services, content, or products for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior consent
  • Registering false information during account creation
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Services
  • Acts that obstruct the Company's business
  • Using the Services or placing orders for the purpose of profit, resale, or preparation thereof
  • Infringing trademark rights, copyrights, privacy, or other rights
  • Using the Services with fraudulent credit cards
  • Using the Services with another person's personal information without authorization
  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Acts related to criminal activity
  • Acts that destroy or interfere with servers and network functions
  • Directly or indirectly providing benefits to anti-social forces
  • Any other act the Company deems inappropriate

Article 7: Cancellation of Membership

If a customer violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, the Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate the customer's use of the Services without prior notice.

Article 8: Prohibition of Resale

The Company does not accept orders for the purpose of profit, resale, or preparation thereof. Even if our products are sold on auction sites, by other businesses, or on personal sites, the Company cannot take responsibility.

Article 9: Copyright

  • Copyright and other intellectual property rights to the content of the Site belong to the Company or the respective content providers.
  • Customers may not use copyrighted works provided through the Site for purposes beyond personal use without permission from the rights holders.
  • The Company is granted usage rights to review information and other content submitted to it, and may post such information on the web, etc.

Article 10: Service Suspension

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Services without notice due to reasons such as system maintenance, natural disasters, or communication failures. The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by customers as a result, except in cases of intentional or negligent misconduct.

Article 11: Damages

The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by customers as a result of using the Services, other than damages related to sales contracts, except in cases of intentional or negligent misconduct.

Article 12: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. In the event of any dispute between a customer and the Company in connection with the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction by agreement.
