We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons. If your item arrives damaged, soiled, or different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our refund policy for details.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Please contact us with your order number via the contact form. Cancellations are not accepted after the order has shipped.
For credit card payments, please use the statement issued by your card company as your receipt. If you require a shop-issued invoice, please enter the recipient name and any notes in the order comments section.
Some items may be restocked. To be notified, sign up via the "Back-in-stock notification" form on the product page. Please note that we do not accept reservations or holds for restocked items.
