Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons. Returns and exchanges are accepted only when all of the following conditions are met:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item is unused and has tags attached.
- The item has defects or flaws.
Cases We Cannot Accept
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Contact made 8 days or more after delivery
- Returns or exchanges due to customer reasons (size, color, image differences, etc.)
- Items that have been used, have tags removed, or have been washed
- Items damaged, soiled, or scented due to mishandling
- Sale or final-clearance items
Return Procedure
To request a return or exchange, please contact us via the inquiry form with your order number and the reason for return/exchange. Our team will then provide the return address.
