01 How to order
Select an item
From the product listing page, choose your item, select size and color, and add it to your cart.
Review your cart
On the cart page, review the quantity and total. Free shipping applies on orders over ¥15,000 (tax incl.).
Enter shipping & payment details
Enter your shipping address and choose a payment method. If you have a valid coupon, enter the code on this screen. Once applied, the discount will be reflected in your total—please confirm before proceeding.
Confirm your order
Review the details and place your order.
Done
Your order is complete once the confirmation email arrives.

Domestic shipping (Japan)
Standard rate (excluding Okinawa): ¥670 (tax incl.) Okinawa: ¥1,250 (tax incl.) Free shipping on orders over ¥15,000 (tax incl.) Carrier: Yamato Transport Orders are shipped within 3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during extended breaks (year-end/New Year, Obon, etc.) will be shipped on the next business day.
Deliveries may be delayed due to road conditions, traffic restrictions, or weather events (earthquakes, typhoons). Thank you for your understanding.
In some cases, we may be unable to ship your order as scheduled, or we may need to hold or cancel the shipment. If this happens, our support team will contact you.
International shipping
Carrier: Japan Post (EMS) Shipping rates vary by order weight: Up to 500g: ¥2,500 (tax incl.) 500g–1kg: ¥3,800 (tax incl.) 1kg–2kg: ¥5,500 (tax incl.) Over 2kg: ¥7,500 (tax incl.)
Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are beyond our control.
If the recipient refuses delivery, the order will be returned and not reshipped. Associated costs (return shipping, duties, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
04 Returns & exchanges
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.
If your item arrives damaged, soiled, or different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our refund policy for details.
05 Receipts
For credit card payments, please use the statement issued by your card company as your receipt. If you require a shop-issued invoice, please note your request in the order comments section along with the recipient name and any notes.
06 Stock & pre-orders
When an item is out of stock, the product page will show "SOLD OUT".
Some items may be restocked. To be notified, sign up via the "Back-in-stock notification" form on the product page.
Please note that we do not accept reservations or holds for restocked items.
We offer pre-orders for limited-edition items and items not yet released. Pre-orders take longer to ship—please check the estimated delivery date on the product page before ordering.
* Due to production circumstances, delivery dates may change, or pre-orders may be cancelled if production is reduced or discontinued.
* If production is delayed, we will notify you by email.
* If production is completed earlier than expected, we will ship the item as soon as it arrives.
* Product images are samples; the final product may differ slightly in specification, finish, size, or color.
* Cancellations and size changes are not accepted for pre-order items.
07 Account registration
You can shop without an account. Registering an account lets you view your order history and save addresses for faster checkout. Registration is free.
