Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

• Standard shipping: ¥670 (tax included)
• Okinawa: ¥1,250 (tax included)
• Free shipping on orders of ¥15,000 (tax included) or more
• Carrier: Yamato Transport

Orders received and ready for shipping by 12:00 noon on business days will be dispatched the same day at the earliest, unless a specific delivery date is requested.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during extended breaks (year-end/new year, Obon, etc.) will ship from the next business day.

Please note that traffic conditions, road regulations, earthquakes, typhoons, or other weather conditions may cause delays in pickup or delivery.

In some cases, we may be unable to ship your order as scheduled, or we may need to hold or cancel the shipment. If this happens, our support team will contact you.

International Shipping

• Carrier: Japan Post (EMS)
• Shipping rates vary by item weight:
  • Up to 500g: ¥2,500 (tax included)
  • 500g–1kg: ¥3,800 (tax included)
  • 1kg–2kg: ¥5,500 (tax included)
  • Over 2kg: ¥7,500 (tax included)

Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are beyond our control.

If the recipient refuses the package, the order will be returned to us and not reshipped. Associated costs (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from any refund.
